Looking at 2001 M6800. Cab. 4X4. Great Bend 440 loader. 800 hrs. What is it worth? Has anyone had problems with the cab air? What about the clutch?

Is it the hydraulic or just a shuttle shift? We've had no problems with there cabs controls or operation. The clutches depend more on the operator of a well built tractor then the unit itself. We still haven't replaced or had any modifications to them on this group of tractors yet. ....

It has the manual shuttle shift. Alot of people are telling me to just keep the screens clean and I shouldn't have any problems with the cab air. I was at the New Holland dealer and he told me of two he took in on trade because the air would not work right.Both were low hour machines. I did a warranty check and apparently the tractor I'm looking at had some clutch problems back when it was almost new. ....

I don't know of any problems there but it doesn't mean that there couldn't have been an isolated problem with the clutch. I find most dealers all have a salesperson that has a story of one brands failure or another for every victim they talk to. It takes a while for them to weed themselves out but they normally do. ....
